COURSE BOOKING POLICY

Course Booking Policy

We are excited to offer a range of courses designed to meet your needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking:

  1. Registration and Payments

    • All course registrations must be completed online through our website or in person at our courses.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.

    • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other specified online payment methods.

  2. Course Fees

    • The course fee includes access to all course materials and videos, instruction by experienced instructors, and access to a course forum.

    • Any additional costs associated with the course, such as materials or special equipment, will be clearly stated on the course description page.

  3. Confirmation

    • Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your course details and receipt.

    • Please check your course details carefully and inform us immediately if any information is incorrect.

  4. Cancellations by Participant

    • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 28 days before the course starts for a full refund.

    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 28 days before the course begins will be issued.

  5. Rescheduling by Participant

    • If you cannot attend the course and wish to reschedule, you may do so without penalty up to 28 days before the course start date, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduling between 28 days and 14 days of the course start date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the course cost.

    • From 14 days of the original course, it is not possible to get any refund when rescheduling.

  6. Cancellations and Changes by Sign Away BSL

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment.

    • In the event of a cancellation, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to the same course on a new date.

    • If a course is rescheduled, participants can attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

    • So everyone can enjoy our courses, Sign Away BSL reserves the right to remove a person from a course due to disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

  7. Special Requirements

    • Please inform us of any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs) at the time of booking so we can make necessary accommodations. Email daniel@signawaybsl.co.uk with any queries. Sign Away BSL wants to make our courses accessible to all types of disabled people and people with health conditions.

  8. Privacy Policy

    • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely to register and communicate with you about the course.

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
